I recently went back and listened to this LP for the first time in years. I wrote it between 2002 and 2006, and I think some of it still holds up now. Some of it I don't care for too much, but overall as an LP, it's pretty strong. Anyway, this was released on my now defunct Covert Operations label back in 2006. I thought I'd throw it up for free download for those that missed it first time around.

I'd love to hear it. The download link doesn't appear to be working though, I just see a page with a whole lotta this:

awesome stuff - thanks so much!
vmd: keep trying, it does work! might be a browser issue or a blogspot issue.
Works fine in FF.
Thanks a lot for this early christmas gift!
Thanks! Big love from Tokyo.
Missed the train when this was released previously, but very much appreciate getting to hear it now.
Without a smidgeon of doubt, this IS LP contains more than a few insanely creative compositions; a mix of prolonged brainstormings, cinematic interludes and a smattering of successful "R&D" lab tests. Some works are seemingly fully-realised tracks while others seem like they were built to tease the listener with a taste of what was to come.
Several tracks I found deeeply disturbingly brief for the intense feelings generated while building steam for what one anticipated would be a fantastic 6-8min ride yet instead ended up fading away into atmospheric utopian dream state (not entirely a bad way to end but...). One such example, I was damned near heartbroken over, was "Transcend the Mind". My, what an incredibly beautiful start, fueled by great sound design/selection and a brain-rubbing melody. This could have easily blossomed and flowered into an 8min blissful journey without the slightest risk of losing the listener. Thankfully "Seminal Reasoning" picked up the bloody debris and healed the gaping wound with an oddly pleasurable synth part/effect with which the whole track seemed to be based on. Then again before wounds had a chance to make scars, "Feeling for You" with its most pleasing layering of piano and voice became prematurely decapitated, leaving the listener in shambles...Left only with longings for more of those sweet lines -- Such is life, one could say.
A few other memorable 4&5-star selections I recall: "Coil" (sub freqs caused a minor quake), "Glaciers", "Rivers Become Oceans (Beautiful [too short]), "Nocturn Induce" (fantastic ambient dub feel!),"Solace From Within"
Well,...Needless to say, I'm left craving up-to-date versions of -any- of those selections mentioned earlier, but I'm sure there is little time to devote to such and that the R&D lab is probably not sporting the same testing instruments these days.
couldn't download but love your music :)
cheers mate!
you should re-up this, digging your ambient stuff
i could not download it. the link is not working. it is constantly described as your best work to date. I'd really like to hear it.
I'll re-upload it soon. It's definitely not my best work to date though!
Re-uploaded. Enjoy
You re-uploaded! u da man asc! I am very grateful. I hope you don't mind my asking, but regarding your recent remark, what then do you consider your best work to date? I ask because a friend whom I respect does in fact consider this particular lp your best work to date.
On a different note, have you heard David Moufang's Sergio Leone's Wet Dream.
Peace,
Emeka
I could pick a handful of stuff that I've done since 2009 that are all superior to this LP, but it's all subjective. Nothing Is Certain and Out Of Sync are a lot better than this in my opinion.
Hey man. This is the first of your stuff and it is pretty awesome man. I am not a musician (I'm a writer/philosopher) but I really love creativity and this lp has that in spades. I'll check out nothing is certain and out of sync asap. Have you heard of Nujabes?
